FOR US SHOPPERS / BUYER GUIDE

Know the whole picture.

Resoul is a browse-first home for alternative fashion, vintage, oddities, and decor. Here is what makes up a buyer's total when live payments become available.

Clear pricing, before the purchase moment

THE BUYER TOTAL

Three parts.
No mystery.

For a US shopper, the planned total is the listed item price, buyer-paid shipping, and a protection fee calculated from the item price.

01 / 03

Listed item price

The price set by the seller for the piece itself.

02 / 03

Buyer-paid shipping

Shipping is paid by the buyer and added to the item price.

03 / 03

Protection fee

6% of the item price, plus a fixed $1.25 protection fee.

A SIMPLE EXAMPLE

If the piece is $100

With $12 buyer-paid shipping, the protection fee is 6% of $100 ($6) plus $1.25, which equals $7.25. The planned buyer total would be $119.25.

Item price$100.00
Buyer-paid shipping$12.00
Protection fee (6% + $1.25)$7.25
Planned buyer total$119.25

THE SELLER SIDE

Sellers retain 100% of the item price.

The seller keeps the entire listed item price. Buyer-paid shipping and the protection fee are separate from that item price.
